Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 vanilla wafers (Nabisco)
24 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Beat together the cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla flavoring for 5 minutes at medium speed.
Place paper cupcake liners in muffin tin.
Put 1 vanilla wafer in each liner.
Fill with mixture (24 liners).
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
When cool, place cherry pie filling on top and place in refrigerator.
Can use any kind of pie filling.
