Joanne'S "Breakfast For A Crowd" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    8 slices Canadian bacon or Taylor pork roll
    8 eggs
Preparation
    Brown potatoes and onions in oil.
    Use large saucepan to melt butter.
    Add flour, salt and pepper until you form a paste. Gradually add milk to make a cream sauce.
    Add sour cream and parsley to sauce.
    Add potato/onion mixture.
