Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 8 large or extra-large eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices bread
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain thoroughly.
Mix together beaten eggs, milk and salt.
Break up bread.
Add grated cheese and sausage (sprinkle mustard over sausage).
Pour into greased glass baking dish.
Cover with foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
