Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake in frying pan at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
