Honey Peach Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. peaches, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. water
    4 1/2 c . sugar
    1 1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    In large kettle, cook the peaches in water until soft.
    Press through a sieve.
    Measure 12 cups pulp.
    Return to kettle.
    Add sugar and honey.
    Cook, stirring constantly until thick (1 1/4 hours).
    Pour into hot jars, leave 1/4 inch headspace.
    Process for 10 minutes in boiling bath.
    Makes 6 pints.
