Lemon Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 sticks margarine
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
additional Cool Whip and walnuts (as topping)
Preparation

Mix flour, margarine and walnuts together.
Press into bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
Mix confectioners sugar and cream cheese together; beat. Blend in Cool Whip.
Spread over crust.
Mix pudding with milk. Let sit until thick.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with more Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
