Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage
1 pkg. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Let sausage stand at room temperature until soft.
Mix cheese with sausage; add Bisquick.
Three to 5 tablespoons of water may be added if too thick.
Let mixture stand overnight.
The next day, make balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Check after the first 5 minutes.
You may need to flip them.
Yield: 80.
Freezes well.
