Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 zucchini (medium)
3 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. cooked tomato
Preparation

Cook zucchini (whole) in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Cut in halves and scoop out centers.
Mix pulp with remaining ingredients.
Fill zucchini.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Garnish with crisp bacon.
