Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flaked salmon
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine salmon, celery and green peppers.
    Add mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Refrigerate until time to serve.
    Serve on lettuce leaves with cracker.
