Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 small boxes cherry Jell-O
1 large or 2 small oranges
1 lb. raw cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. celery
2 c. sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Grind oranges and cranberries; add 2 cups sugar and let stand about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Drain pineapple; let pineapple juice come to boiling point.
Add enough water to Jell-O to make about 3 cups; mix with Jell-O.
Add to orange, sugar and cranberries along with nuts, celery and pineapple.
Put in refrigerator overnight. Will keep as long as it lasts.
