Honey Baked Apples With Walnuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large apples
3 Tbsp. honey
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. golden raisins
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. cornstarch
juice of 1/2 lemon
cinnamon to taste
juice of 1/2 orange
Preparation

Peel upper half of apple only.
Coat peeled apple with honey, then roll in chopped walnuts.
Place apples in roasting pan and divide butter and raisins between cavities.
Squeeze fruit juice over apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour in water and bake in oven.
When apples are cooked (approximately 40 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven), remove and set aside.
