Mediterranean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can cut green beans
1 (15 oz.) can corn
1 (15 oz.) can peas
1 (15 oz.) can baby lima beans
1 small jar pimentos, diced
1 small onion, sliced
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drain all vegetables and pimentos; combine in a bowl. Separately combine sugar, vinegar, salad oil and salt.
Pour over vegetables and toss lightly.
Refrigerate overnight.
Stir well before serving.
