Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep dish pie crusts
    4 large white potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. Season-All
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until soft.
    Cream potatoes, adding butter and milk.
    Add 2 ounces cheese to mixture.
    Brown ground beef; add seasoning.
    Pour fat off ground beef.
    Add ground beef mixture to creamed potatoes.
    Pour into 2 pie crusts and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese has melted and formed a slightly hard crust, for 25 to 30 minutes.
