Nancy'S Flower Market Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry mustard
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Blend mustard and vinegar and let stand overnight.
    Next day, add eggs, salt and sugar.
    Cook over double boiler 10 to 15 minutes or unti thick. Pour into small jelly jars.
