Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cream shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
    Blend in 2 3/4 cups flour, soda and salt.
    Stir.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll balls in remaining flour and sugar and cinnamon.
    Place on cookie sheet; bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
