Chinese Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. long-grain rice (regular, not instant)
1/2 c. water
2 cans beef consomme
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Mix all above ingredients together in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
This can be baked at any temperature the oven is on, but time may need to be adjusted. Cook until all moisture is absorbed.
Stir once or twice during baking.
