Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can whole grain corn
    1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 beaten eggs
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. chopped green pepper
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions and green pepper in margarine.
    Fold corn into beaten eggs.
    Add Jiffy corn muffin mix to egg and corn mixture. Add onions and green pepper.
    Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Spread with sour cream.
    Then top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    After removing from oven, cover for a few minutes before serving.
