Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 lb. tomatoes, peeled and chunked (24 c.)
    10 to 12 large onions
    1 c. hot peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. honey or sugar
    2 c. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    You may use more hot peppers if you like or any kind you want.
