Chicken Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 jar salsa
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 can sliced black olives
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Lightly brown chicken breasts in skillet.
    Remove to ovensafe covered casserole.
    Pour salsa over chicken, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until fork-tender.
    Top with remaining ingredients, reserving cheese; cover and bake additional 15 minutes.
    Top with cheese and return uncovered to oven and bake until cheese melts.
    Serve with flour tortillas, refried beans and Mexican rice.
    Serves 4.
