Spring Green Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. ground pecans
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. Cool Whip
    3 c. milk
    2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
Preparation
    First Layer:
    Mix flour, margarine and nuts.
    Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan (or 2 pie pans).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes (not brown).
    Let cool.
