Marinated Garbanzos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can garbanzos, drained
1/2 c. oil
3 Tbsp. vinegar or juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped scallions
garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and allow to marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
Drain.
Serve with toast rounds, or as part of an antipasto tray.
Yields 2 1/2 cups.
Approximately 135 calories per 1/2 cup serving, 20 calories per tablespoon.
