Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. less 3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. ground or minced zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine shortening and sugar in large bowl until creamy.
    Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
    Combine dry ingredients; add dry ingredients to shortening and sugar mixture.
    Will make 2 to 3 loaves.
    Bake in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch greased loaf pans for approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
