Barbecue Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    pinch of hot pepper
    pinch of garlic sauce
    1 Tbsp. onion
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Roll in meat tenderizer, then pour heated mixture over roast. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours, then bake, uncovered, 1 hour with barbecue sauce over top.
