Homemade Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. any ground meat
    3 Tbsp. tender quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    3 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    sweet pepper flakes
Preparation
    Mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Knead once a day for 3 days. On the fourth day, knead and divide into 5 loaves.
