Stuffed Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp. prepared steak sauce
    28 cocktail onions
    1 (18 oz.) jar grape jelly
    1/3 c. prepared yellow mustard
Preparation
    Microwave:
    In medium bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, egg and steak sauce.
    Mix well.
    Shape 1 tablespoon beef mixture around an onion; roll into a ball.
    Repeat with remaining beef mixture and onions.
    Arrange meatballs in 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
    Cover with waxed paper and cook on High 3 minutes. Re-arrange meatballs; cover and cook on High for 1 to 3 minutes, until firm.
    Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
