Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. regular rice
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    3 chicken breasts, cut in halves
Preparation
    Melt oleo or butter in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Stir in rice, onion flakes, salt, soup and water.
    Place chicken pieces on top of mixture.
    Sprinkle a dash of pepper.
    Bake (uncovered) in 350\u00b0 oven 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until chicken is golden brown.
