Linguine Misto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-sized carrots
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. linguine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    12 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 medium-sized onions, thinly sliced
    2 medium-sized celery stalks, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut each
    carrot
    lengthwise into thin slices; then cut slices into
    linguine
    thin strips.
    Prepare linguine as label directs; drain;
    keep warm.
