Weeknight Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, undrained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef or turkey and bell pepper for 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
    Drain excess fat.
