Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 3/4 c. sugar
    1 pt. apple cider vinegar
    10 to 12 banana peppers
    5 to 6 hot peppers
    2 bell peppers
Preparation
    Rind al peppers, reserve juice in a large boiler.
    Add sugar and vinegar.
    Let come to hard boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from fire and let sit 5 minutes, then add 1 bottle Certo and 5 or 6 drops of green or red food coloring.
    Skim and pour in jars and seal.
    Makes 10 1/2 pints.
