Spaghetti Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chicken, deboned
    3 lb. smoked sausage
    3 lb. yellow onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    3 oz. Louisiana hot sauce
    salt and red pepper
    12 c. water
    3 lb. spaghetti (raw)
Preparation
    Debone chicken by either boiling or microwaving.
    Cool and pull apart.
    In a large skillet, fry sausage.
    Add chicken and stir-fry with sausage until brown. Add onions.
    Brown with meat. Add water, garlic, hot sauce, salt and pepper (slightly over salty and peppery).
    Bring to a boil. Break spaghetti into 3-inch lengths. Add raw.
    Stir as necessary to prevent sticking. When spaghetti begins to soften, lower heat.
    Cook until all water is gone and spaghetti is tender.
    Serves 12 people.
