Dressed-Up Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long-grain and wild rice mix
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. sherry or white wine
Preparation
    Saute green onions and sliced mushrooms in butter in a medium saucepan until onions are tender.
    Add rice mix and prepare according to package directions using 2 cups water and 1/3 cup sherry, omitting salt.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
