Crunchy Peanut Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. regular oats, uncooked
    2 c. unsalted dry roasted peanuts
    1 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine

    ingredients\tin a large mixing bowl; set aside.
    Combine honey, butter and vanilla in small saucepan;
    cook over
    medium
    heat until thoroughly heated (do not boil).\tPour over
    oat
    mixture; stir to coat evenly.
    Spread into
    two\tjelly roll or sheet cake pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to
    25
    minutes or until golden brown, stirring often.
    Remove from
    oven
    and
    cool. Stir
    in
    raisins and cool in airtight container.\tMakes 9 cups.
