Peanut Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) loaf unsliced white bread
    1 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Slice bread in 1-inch slices.
    Remove crusts.
    Cut slices into 4 fingers.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes until dry.
    Combine peanut butter and oil in saucepan; stir over low heat until melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Dip bread sticks in mixture; allow excess to drip off.
    Roll in cornflake crumbs.
    Let dry on rack. Makes about 44 fingers.
