Wildfire - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 can water
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn tortillas
    1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and garlic.
    Add enchilada sauce.
    In saucepan, heat the mushroom soup, water and tomatoes.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place 6 tortillas, a layer of soup and a layer of meat sauce and a layer of grated cheese.
    Repeat layers with cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
