Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. veal
1 heaping Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. bouillon
1 c. sour cream
1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (4 oz.) can pimento
1 tsp. each: marjoram and oregano
1/2 c. red wine
Preparation

Cut veal in narrow strips.
Dredge meat in first five ingredients.
Put oil (olive and Wesson mixture) in an iron skillet and fry dredged meat until browned.
Remove meat from pan. Add last 8 ingredients to scrapings in pan.
Blend well.
Return meat to hot mixture and serve.
