Homemade Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, room temperature
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except oil in blender at high speed. With motor running, gradually add oil, whip until thick.
    Store in refrigerator.
