Michiko'S Southwestern Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 to 10-inch) pie crust
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 small can diced chilies
    1 small can chopped olives
    3 large eggs
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bake
    pie crust per directions, perforating bottom with fork and sprinkling with chili powder.
    Grate and mix cheeses and combine with eggs, chili, olives, cottage cheese and green onion. Mix
    well.\tPour
    mixture
    onto
    pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
