Extra-Special Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 7 large potatoes)
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1/2 c. chopped radishes
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation

In a large Dutch oven, cover potatoes with salted water. Bring water to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender.
Drain potatoes and cool completely.
Peel and dice potatoes.
In a large bowl, stir together potatoes and next 6 ingredients.
