Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box frozen broccoli
1/4 lb. oleo
1 medium onion, diced
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Fix separately melted butter and 1/2 cup Minute rice.
Saute onion; add cheese, soup, milk and eggs.
Cook until blended.
Add rice and broccoli.
Put in casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
