Ritz Chicken - cooking recipe

chicken (6 to 8 pieces)
1 stick butter
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Melt 1 stick of butter or margarine.
Crumble the Ritz crackers.
Take skin from chicken, if desired.
Roll chicken pieces in butter/margarine, then roll in cracker crumbs, coating well. Place chicken in a foil lined baking pan.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
