Tomato Cheeserole Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can tomatoes (about 3 1/2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. celery tops, chopped
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute chopped pepper and onion in shortening.
    Blend in flour; stir until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
