Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sour cream
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients first.
In another bowl, mix wet ingredients.
Add to the dry ingredients and mix together.
Grease 8-inch cake pan; bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
(Mix will be sticky.)
