Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. corn meal
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. meat drippings
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and cooled
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can creamed corn
    1 brick Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 hot jalapeno pepper, diced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together but 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into hot iron skillet, then add rest of cheese on top.
    Bake for 1 hour or until done at 400\u00b0.
