Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated carrots (4 carrots)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil (Crisco)
4 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts
6 red cherries, cut in quarters
6 green cherries, cut in quarters
