Mouth Watering Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. ground beef
2 medium size onions
1 large can tomato paste
1 tsp. sage
crackers or oatmeal (both may be used to stick the meat loaf together, but I suggest crackers)
red or green chili peppers
shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a large bowl combine beef, tomato paste, sage and crackers or oatmeal.
Finely chop your onions and add to the mixture. Select the type of pepper you would like to use, making sure you test for hotness.
Add to the mixture.
Firmly press into a loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours.
About 5 minutes before being done top with the cheese and let melt on top.
Serve with a little salsa.
