Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. corn flakes
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Mix potatoes, onion, soup, sour cream and 1/2 cup margarine.
Reserve 1/4 cup margarine.
Stir in shredded cheese.
Place in buttered 2-quart baking dish.
