Chinese Fee-Foo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 can water
    1 1/4 c. rice (not instant)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Add pepper, celery and water chestnuts. Add consomme with water; bring to boil.
    Add uncooked rice.
    Cover and simmer until rice is done.
    Stir often to keep rice from sticking.
    Add water as needed until rice is done.
