Pear Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed stale bread
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pear, peeled, cored and chopped
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix everything together in bowl.
    Spoon mixture into a 1-quart baking dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Nice for breakfast or brunch.
