Flounder Amandine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. flounder fillets
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Cut fillets into serving portions.
Combine flour, salt and paprika; mix well.
Roll fish in mixture.
Place fish in a single layer, skin side down, in a well-greased baking pan.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted butter over fish.
Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
Saute almonds in remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until golden brown, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and parsley; mix and pour over fish.
Serve at once.
