Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. granulated brown sugar replacement
2 tsp. granulated sugar replacement
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. carrots, cooked and mashed
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream together margarine and sugar replacements.
Add egg, water and vanilla, beating until fluffy.
Beat in carrots. Combine flour, salt and baking powder in sifter.
Sift dry ingredients into carrot mixture and blend.
